Interview proceess contains 3 stages.I first talked with HR, then I had 2 hours meeting with my current manager which he describes the job requirements and last we had second meeting manager and Vice president of the company regarding to discuss and became same understanding in company strategy in the region.

They ask me how would I behave when I came across problem on site.
