Frankenmuth Insurance interview questions

Got through the screening process and the hiring manager tells me I did great and that he would send me an email to set up my next interview. He never emails me and when I send him a follow up, he tells me he'll email me about "next steps" shortly. He never emails... and then I get a call 2 weeks later on how they filled the position. Next they call ME about a different position and setting up an interview. I prepare for that for a week, and the day before my interview they cancel it and said they filled the position. Crazy disrespectful company. If you don't want to interview someone, then don't say you will!
