Framework IT Operations Strategist interview questions

Horrible experience, just incredibly disrespectful of their candidates. Typical interview initially , largely interpersonal with some technical questions interspersed. Was made a contingent offer during the initial interview. After reviewing the offer, which was named Operations Strategist, though I would basically be building automations within their tech stack. I sent an email shortly asking if title was negotiable or benefits, as I was quite experienced in the areas of responsibility and they couldn’t go even to the top end of the salary band I was in as a level I - which is understand and why I asked about benefits/title. They immediately rescinded my offer letter…. Just sent me an email many days later because their management was out of town initially. No respectful phone call to a candidate who had invested their time, energy and excitement. I would steer clear of this company.
