I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fragomen (Matawan, NJ) in Feb 2015
Interview
Process began with a phone interview, about half an hour with a member of their HR team. Standard questions about experiences with leadership, teamwork, communication, etc. I was then also invited to go on-site for the next round. I basically sat in the room as different employees came to speak with me. It mostly consisted of them telling me about their positions and the company, letting me ask them questions, and explaining the work for the Assistant Paralegal position. One of the attorneys seemed a bit condescending but everyone else was very easygoing and helpful.

Question 1
How do I know you can be detail oriented with important information?
There were two interviews, one with HR and then with the team in person. There was some lack of communication in the middle of the process, with the HR not knowing if they would have openings in one or another office, so that required following-up.
Very simple - Phone interview and then in person interview. I was able to get more information on the role as well as expectations. Then I only had to wait a week to hear back and let them know if I was accepting. Overall a very easy interview process.
