I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Fragomen (New York, NY) in Sept 2021
Interview
This was a preliminary interview for what was essentially a junior paralegal position. The HR rep gave me a rundown of the role and what it entails, supporting attorneys and doing some client communications. She didn't ask many questions, and it was mainly a chance for me to ask my questions about the role and workplace.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Fragomen in Apr 2025
Interview
Around 20 mins, pretty straightforward. Some behavioral questions, some case study questions. They give you a candidate interview guide beforehand that you can read through, and that gives you some of the questions they might ask too so that you can prepare in advance.

Question 1
Scenario question: What would you do if there's a key piece of information missing from an important document?
I was recruited through an agency and had an interview set up. It was one round and the recruiter called me back that day to offer the job. Was a quick and easy process.
