I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fragomen (Chicago, IL)
Interview
I was initially selected for an interview through a recruiting company which I previously had a face-to-face interview with. When I arrived at Fragomen's office I interviewed with a Senior Attorney and Associate Attorney. The interview lasted about 45 minutes.

Question 1
The interview wasn't that difficult, just know the answer for "why do you want to work at a law firm?" and "why you are interested in immigration law?"
The interview process consisted of a brief phone screening and a more in depth in person interview. The questions asked during the in person interview were very direct and standard. I was interviewed by 3 attorneys and 2 supervising paralegals. The interview took approximately 1 hour.

Question 1
Why are you looking to leave your current employment?
I interviewed with a supervisor and a human resources coordinator. They described the position to me and what is to be expected. Then they interviewed me with direct questions and I was asked to talk about my past experiences.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Fragomen (Washington, DC) in Oct 2018
Interview
There was no interview, I was accepted before we had even met. That was a little unnerving, but for this particular position, they were hiring urgently. The day I first went to the office, I was shown my work area and started on on boarding materials.
