I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fragomen (Washington, DC)
Interview
Started with a phone interview about background and resume. After about 2 weeks had an in-person in the DC office.
Standard interview, asking you about your experience, understanding of immigration politics, where you wanted to work in the future, etc.
I thought the interview went fine and then never heard anything and when I reached out to the point of contact, they never got back to me either. Super unprofessional to not tell a candidate they did not get a job, it just takes a simple email. If they can't bring themselves to do that common courtesy, then I suppose I'm happy I am not working there.

Question 1
Level of familiarity with immigration system and visa categories
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fragomen (New York, NY)
Interview
Group interview and one on one. Super informative and you slightly less formal than expected, didn’t take long to respond maybe a week. I interviewed before CAP season so they were hiring many paralegals, but they ended up closing the program unexpectedly so I did not experience working there.
I applied online. I interviewed at Fragomen (Boston, MA) in Sept 2020
Interview
Nice interviewers, asked me questions about my interest in the firm and my goals beyond. They asked about my past experiences and I provided a writing sample from one of my classes. It was formal, but the conversation was casual
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fragomen (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2019
Interview
I went in and spoke with 4 people at once for about 40 minutes. The interview went very smoothly and I think I did fairly well. They said a couple of Assistant Paralegal positions were available and they saw that I had some previous experience in a law firm environment. Make sure to ask questions at the end because this is a very prestigious law firm.
