As a US citizen, found the interview itself cutthroat and territorial. There was an overwhelming sense of self protection. Role reporting structure seemed unclear, and work eligibility of certain employees seemed unclearer. Something to watch ……. Many of the US based employees are on H1B or L1 visas, and if you are a US citizen - you might find yourself in a similar situation in a very biased interview. The goal didn’t seem to evaluate for skill/talent rather than for a current employee to stake a claim in self preservation.
