First run interview through Skype Video last around half an hour. On-Site interview with 4 people and total last about 3 hours. General behavioral interview such as your strengths and weaknesses, achievements, what kind of culture you fit in, why Foxconn, and why you, some very industry knowledge specific questions. They emphasis that working hours is stunning. They are looking for experienced staff, not new talent.

It is on-site interview, the overall experience is good. They asked many behavioral questions since this is a entry level position. Nice recruiter and they will not challenge you too much.

After 2 weeks, the HR phone me and arranged a face-to-face interview.
Once I arrived in Foxconn, the manager interviewed me first.
Then each member of the planning department interviewed me.
