Interview
It was good and straightforward. They asked about yourself and about things on your resume. They also explained the job. It was a long interview, but it helps both party understand each other.
The interview process was ok. Met with HR manager, Plant Manager and the hiring manager. The whole process took about 2 weeks. The offer came fairly quick after interviewing with the hiring manager.
