I first received an e-mail from Human Resources asking to set up an initial screen interview via video call. 2 people on that video call. Then an in-person interview with multiple people within the team.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fox Rothschild in Jul 2024
Interview
Two interviews, one with the firm recruiter and paralegal manager via Zoom and one in-office with three attorneys. By far the quickest, most efficient interview process I’ve had in a long time. Everybody was very kind, and the interviews felt casual. In particular, the initial Zoom interview was mostly them explaining the benefits package and chatting about why I want to leave my current firm. The attorneys I met with in-person were extremely personable, and my interview with them just felt like a long conversation. They really appreciated the questions I asked and they enjoyed talking about their team. I received a call from HR a couple days later with a job offer, which I accepted, and then I submitted my information for a background check.
