Done virtually via kira. Had about a little under a minute to prepare for each question before the recording started. Then you have about one minute thirty to answer the questions. A mixture of both oral and written questions,

Did the Kira screening interview. It was awkward (as all pre-recorded screeners are) but not too hard. There were 3 or 4 spoken questions and then one written one that they gave you 15 minutes to do.
