Fox Pest Control interview questions

First call with recruiter, have to do a 120 question personality test, then virtual interview with recruiter, then interview with recruiter + 2 regional managers within company which consisted of generalized questions about sales

I heard back a month after applying then got my phone interview scheduled. The day of the interview, I waited and never received a call. I tried calling the Logan headquarters twice to get into contact with the recruiter and on the second try I was given the email for the HR team. Only after emailing them did I receive a text from the recruiter saying she tried calling me and claimed it went to voicemail, however my phone had no log of either event. Rescheduled my interview and she called me much earlier than the scheduled time and was offered a different position than what I had applied for. After a couple more days, I got a generic rejection email.
