Fake interview, they took 2 round of interview and say I will confirm update on upcoming Monday or Tuesday but are not give any response, they are only wasting time

They took 3 face to face rounds one gave one assignment from home. I did them all perfectly. They asked medium level questions. From array, string , Mysql, Php. It took 20 days for all the rounds. They behave like they are good but they will just waste your time by taking too long interviews and assignments. Because of such companies many people quit their dreams. Reason is that you do all the hard works only getting job in companies who even don't hire you even after giving excellent interview and later many people loose hope. Such companies must be shut down. I don't know what they find in a candidate. Either they want a fool knowledgeable guy who just work on their commands or they want the mind like newton for their company.
