Interview
I applied through a job board for a full time Sr. UX Design position. I was contacted through the job boards chat feature with some questions about my experience and an offer to talk more via an online meeting. What began as a job interview for a Sr. UX position, somehow started sliding into a do everything we need creatively interview. I met with the CTO online and the CEO in person at the office. There was no HR and the full time role I applied for disappeared only to be replaced with contract proposals to "see how we'd work together". I got the impression that they are really struggling and at a loss for how to correct course.

Followed up with several e-mails for updates/decision on the next steps. Received no response from hiring manager.
Whatever the decision may be, it was completely unprofessional to not respond to messages during the recruitment process. Unacceptable.
