I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Foundation for Advancing Alcohol Responsibility (Crystal City, VA) in Oct 2018
Interview
I was given a brief phone interview and was then contacted for an in-person interview where I met with three individuals from the foundation. I sent a follow-up email after the in-person interviews to each person I met thanking them for the opportunity. Two weeks went by without hearing from them, so I emailed them requesting an update on their search. I received a response saying that they were still conducting interviews and I would hear back mid-week the following week. Of course, I never heard from them again. I emailed one more time asking for an update and they ignored my email. After a pleasant experience of meeting with them, I found it extremely disrespectful and rude that they didn't even have the decency to respond to my email and let me know that they'd given the position to someone else, especially after telling me that I would receive a response. Once you've gone through the time and effort of several interviews, it's common courtesy to let someone know whether or not they've gotten a position. I wouldn't recommend applying here because of my negative experience.

Interview
Really warm -- but you meet with a lot of people. They go over a lot of ground. Had overall good interview experience and found the process to be insightful.
