I was contacted by an HR person for a Teams screening interview. It lasted about 20 minuets. I was also sent a link to an assessment, conducted by a third party. I was then invited for a second interview and sent a link to yet another assessment. All in all the second interview was very bizarre and I do not believe they had a genuine interest in hiring me and only wanted to mine me for information about my current company.

Interview
I applied to a role at Foundation Source and was then reached out to by someone from HR who was responsible for screening/interviewing me. I confirmed the time and day I was available and she sent me a Zoom link with confirmed time and day to meet the following week. The day of the interview, I entered the Zoom waiting room only to be waiting there for 15 minutes straight alone. I had to be the one to reach out to the interviewer to see if she was still able to meet, she then said she was having trouble with Zoom and asked me if I could hop into a Teams link instead. That was no issue, but the lack of communication on her end was. She then informed me towards the end of the interview that I should receive an update on the role a week later. It's been 2 weeks and I reached out back to her for an update and have received no sort of communication from her since the Teams meeting.
