You are asked to complete an online test which is primarily behavioral based questions with a mix of quantitative literacy. There is no implementation of Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity which is very disappointing . A significant amount of time was spent with back-and-forth emails to coordinate around time constraints and delayed replies. The person I interviewed with was impersonal, disengaged and monotone. My questions to the interviewer were answered with one-dimensional, unforthcoming statements which shed no light on their culture. There was no next steps for follow-up within the time frame that was initially specified.
