The interview process was good. When you apply, you will receive a call from Sara, their HR director. She will answer questions and get to know you a little. If she likes you, she will send you a link to do more research and watch a video. After that you answer a few questions about yourself and she will call you back to schedule an interview over the phone with one of the managers. This call is just them getting to know you better and they are knowledgable and can answer most questions. If the call goes well, they will invite you to job shadow in the field for an hour or so to get a feel for what the job looks like, and then they have the final interview in person after that. Once selected they help with getting you licensed and on boarded.
