First round with HR. Second round with the panel. Third round with an executive. Not sure why I was interviewed in that last round because the executive was very disengaged.
I had applied online. It was the usual interview process. First there was a phone screen which was followed by a group panel interview. Not out of the ordinary but overall lengthy.
I had a phone interview with HR, then an in-person interview with a group of management. After the interview, HR called me back for a third interview and said she was going to send me a calendar request for the interview. I never received the calendar request and after several attempts to track HR down to request the specifics of the interview date, nothing was ever given and no communication was ever received again about the position. It felt disheartening and the lack of communication and follow through was poorly managed by Foss and their HR.
