Had initial application and then an over the phone call. There were standard competency questions but then some more focused questions on the role itself and how I understood how the role works.

Ghosted after interview stage, despite being told results would be given either way. Basic interview and scenario questions. HR were slightly unorganised, telling me I was interviewing for one role when in reality it was a different role.
