Interview w/ short presentation + group exercise + test Interview was re-run of telephone interview plus informal conversation Test was devised by someone at office, someone said, so maybe specific to Leeds office - Currency conversions, percentages, drafting email to client and manager Group exercise was the hardest and hardest to prepare for as they are looking for people who stand out, as I was told when I received feedback. We had a three projects to discuss and pick one, and also to create new project, with 5 minutes presentation at the end and question and answer. Example question and answer - "what are the main issues this project will cause and how can Mazars prepare for these issues" and I think everyone received at least one, possibly two. etc. Quite challenging! Have to think on your feet.
