Fortmindz interview questions

The interview went well but after in final step they just say not able to proceed, so whats is the meaning of taking technical interview & project assignment submission , that assignment was not small there lots of things there, some one made the assignment in his week days in working hour , after that they just said not able to proceed, so if you decide earlier before the assignment you could tell that time instead of after assignment submission .
