Interview
First interview was just a friendly phone call. They really wanted to get to know me and find out more about who I was and what I was looking for as far as a career. No tough questions, just honest conversation. After that they came to my college campus for another round of interviews. I got to meet with an executive and a brand new employee so I got to learn about some different roles and perspectives on the company.Overall had a great time at the interviews. Super fresh perspective on the whole interview process.

Did not ask anything tough. mostly wanting to know more about my background, family, values, and interest in the opportunity. They actually talked a lot of the time, which made the whole process a lot more relaxed.

Interview
Had some really great first and second interview rounds, and then they flew me out to see the office. was there all day and thought it went well and then they basically ghosted me. acted as if they were super interested and then i had to reach out multiple times and they wouldn't even tell me if they were moving forward with me or not. got completely ghosted and scammed.
On site interview speaking with people who worked in various positions at the company. A lot of small talking and asking questions. Surprised at how little formal interviewing there was but I definitely learned a lot.

What kinds of jobs have you applied or interviewed for?
An in person all day process to learn more about the company. You will speak to several people in many roles in the office as well as have the opportunity to shadow one of the employees towards the end of the interview.
