Interview
Required to do a one-sided video screen first, then went straight to an in-person interview with the hiring manager and HR.
Normal interview questions, nothing overwhelming.
The process is highly structured and not super collaborative or flexible. Pay is also quite low compared to BC Hydro for comparable roles.

To walk through examples of what I did in my previous role that align with the one I was interviewing for using the STAR interview method
Screening, interview with two interviewers, was a basic interview with typical interview questions. Definitely expected more advanced questions for the level of job I was interviewing for. Interviewers lacked energy.
Good technical questions and not too hard. I was happy with the experience and it resulted in a good job. Interviewers were accurate, polite and seemed happy with my responses.
