I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fortis Labs (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Aug 2015
Interview
You first have to find a parking spot in the location they are at. It's in a residential area so only street parking if your driving there. I was lucky to ask for a parking spot but only to use it after 5:00 when their employees would leave for the day. You go inside their office, grab some cold water to drink, the secretary gives you an employment application to fill out and also a couple of written tests. One of the tests was business english and the other was comprehension about a web application. After you finish, you walk to the next door room and tell the guy your done. He spends a few minutes looking at your application and test in the hallway before walking into the room. He then says, "Hi, nice to meet you" and then starts the verbal test. He goes over DevOps related questions. There was like 8 or 9 questions you have to verbally respond to. If he sees you are responding without much hesitation, he will ask you to do a paid trial employment for a week to see how you would fit in. I then later said I wasn't interested and thanked them for the time to meet. The following day I got a call from the secretary to schedule a second interview. I told her that I wasn't interested in moving forward and wish them the best of luck in their search.
