Fortinet Web Applications Developer interview questions

After an initial phone screen, I was emailed a test from a hiring manager a few days later, with some general questions around Python, C, and Javascript. I was given a 2.5 hour time limit to return the completed test. I was then brought in for a panel interview. The one thing I found odd was that most of the interview questions revolved around the content in the test emailed earlier. Overall, the interview was very technical, and not so much behavioral. I was very open to the initial recruiter, on my specific skills set, However, when it got to the panel interview, it seemed to bother the interviewers if I was weaker in certain areas, to the point that they were condescending when reviewing the questions and answers. with me. So made me wonder why I was brought in in the first place!
