I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fortinet (Plano, TX) in Aug 2021
Interview
4 Parts
1.) HR Recruiter - Basic questions about your background and salary requirement.
2.) Hiring Manager - STAR format Q&A
3.) Peer - Technical interview
4.) 3 - 6 Managers - Presentation and Q&A
Very unorganized company. Went through whole process. HR was supposed to let me know when my final interview but did not until I reached out to ask and it was the next day. Left me no time to prepare but I still came up with a presentation only to be told it's not what they're looking for DURING the interview. Rescheduled the final interview and came prepared with what they asked for. Everything went well (in my eyes) but no offer given.
