Referred by previous work colleague, chatted via email regarding the position that would suit me, officially applied, tech interview conducted, personal interview conducted with seniors who currently work in the field that I'd be slated for. Awaiting offer.
Very simple and friendly, easy to apply and welcoming in terms of conversations had via email and over the phone.
