Despite being a rapidly growing company, management spent the time to sit down and get to know interviewers. Management were intentional to keep to their script of questions in order to assure consistent interviews. I could tell this would be a lovely place to work by the interviewees.

After applying, someone from the talent acquisition team reached out to me to schedule a phone call. During the call, I was asked to describe my relevant experiences and why I was interested in the position. I was able to ask about the working environment and culture of the company.
