If you are African American or male and have good qualifications you will be chosen. Lots of nepotism. If you are related to any one or close friends you have a job for life. Only the chosen few will rise, so don't expect to move upwards.

Interview
After I interviewed at the campus, the principal called me and said that I would have to go to a second interview with the superintendent. He asked me why I wanted to work for Fort Sam Houston ISD, among other questions. He then offered me a contract.
