Forsys interview questions

I have recently interviewd at forsys.The hiring process is completely random they ask the same questions for everyone and everyone answer them easily .(i dont understand on what basis they shortlisted) 2 technical interviews :1st interview they asked about sql and basic dsa and about project.I felt they just conducted it for formality not values the time and effort of people.2nd interview is a mix of technical and behavioural .Both the interview are within 15 mins literally 2nd round interviewer joined late and left the call within 10 mins.

Asked normal descriptive questions only but still not selected, question like Migration high level steps , Documentation, mapping, Client interaction, cloud tools, Performance tuning, challanges . How to handle team as lead and track task sla
