During the interviews, I got a great sense of Formulatrix's culture, which seems to genuinely prioritize and nurture employee growth. This was a major positive. Cons The compensation and work-life balance expectations are misaligned with market standards. The role requires a strict 45-hour on-site workweek, but the salary offered is regionally anchored and inflexible. When I attempted to negotiate a higher base pay, I was told that exceeding their set bracket required higher-tier approval. After that conversation, the recruiter ghosted me entirely.
