I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Forever (Middletown, NY) in Oct 2013
Interview
I applied in store. Then they called me back for a group interview. Maybe two weeks later. There were 5 of us altogether. Make sure you answer all of the questions first. It was fairly easy, dress business casual. Make sure to wear accessories, they're big on accessories. Let them know you want to advance in rank and plan to stay with the company for some time. A girl I interviewed with said that she wanted to add retail to her resume because she went to a fashion institute. She didn't get hired and I can tell they didn't like her answer. Another said she would let someone walk out with an item because the company would just write it off, needless to say she also wasn't hired lol Forever21 experiences a lot of theft so security and knowing what to do when someone steals is very important.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Forever in Nov 2014
Interview
My interview took 10 mins and it was not difficult at all. I was hired on the spot and I did not have any experience prior to applying. The entire hiring process took about 2 weeks because they had to do paperwork. The interview was very casual, and it was not as difficult as I anticipated. I was also hired seasonal during Black Friday and Christmas but they did offer me a permanent position after.
