Forever Gifts interview questions

Process was very quick in beginning. After applying online, was contacted for brief phone interview. Scheduled an onsite interview a week later. Interview was laid back and simple questions with mix of personality/workplace and behavioral style. Unfortunately, after the interview, everything went downhill. I did not receive feedback until a month following. Company extended an offer but then retracted it shortly after for a very absurd reason. According to them, I did not take the offer seriously since I did not reply with a decision within 24 hours. That's right. 24 hours. I was appalled. Maybe in some previous industry or in the past, but as of this day and age, I have NEVER encountered an industry or company that abides by that standard. In fact, my college and popular career sites advise any company asking for an answer that quickly is one to be wary of. Heard negative things about this company before; after going through the whole interviewing process, I am glad I dodged a bullet. They do not value you. Do not waste your time with this company.
