Forever 21 ASM- Assistant Store Manager interview questions

Very long and a waste of time. When I did my first interview the one manager thought highly of myself and says they will contact you the following week. Then 3 weeks go by I receive a call in the after noon that they want to schedule a 2nd interview for the following early morning because those were the only time available? I droped everything and being a mother of 2, you can only imagine how difficult it is to find a sitter last minute. After I go to the interview then they give me the whole speech of " we have other candidates that we want to interview and will contact you when we make a decision? I was like really? I wonder how long this is going to take, another year to get it filled?

the first 2 were very quick and didn't really talk about my professional history it was more about the job but the last one was with the Regional HR who got more in-depth with the questions
