One of one. Very informal. Just walked her through my resume and talked about the position a little. Discussed about my future career plans. Mostly chatting and talking. Interviewer was nice.
For my Production Assistant Interview, I received a phone call first for a brief screening interview then was invited for an in-person interview at HQ. The In-person interview was with a group.
After applying online, received a request to come into their corporate headquarters in Los Angeles for an interview. It was a group interview with about a dozen other people. The two recruiters asked us to introduce ourselves then left the room to discuss between themselves. When they returned, they asked two candidates to remain and told the rest that we were no longer in consideration for the position.
