The interview process consisted of 3 interviews. First video interview went fine and the interviewer kept it as a sales pitch. Interviewer touted that the company is growing - your small company is 40 years old with just over 100 employees and will never grow (it never did in 40 years!). Same interviewer showed a desperate tone and said we need help, followed by a fake smile. I asked about a specific item on the job description, and the interviewer gave me lies (the truth is FACS will stick you in the hazmat fields at all hours to do field work, and overwork you). They force you to take a series of cognitive and personality tests, in which they deliberately lowered the amount of time for my test. Nobody (none of their current employees) in their firm could pass that test with the reduced time they gave me. The company is sneaky and dirty, which comes no surprise from hazmat/asbestos/environmental workers. If they are not interested in you and it's a mocked interview (this was mocked), they will reduce your time for the test so it's impossible to complete. If they hire you, they will stick you in the contaminated fields at all hours of the day. Their negative reviews speaks volumes. The second video interview was just technical questioning, in which I answered everything correct. Their second interviewer was just moderately technical (it was noticeable) and was reading questions off a script. Based on the second interviewer's representation, the process became unprofessional and bias. I didn't bother asking for feedback after a rejection.
