I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Foreclosure.com in Feb 2009
Interview
They called me over the phone. Had half an hour of questions based on Java/ J2EE, Spring, Hibernate.
Then 2 days later, the HR called me and arranged a face to face interview.
Face to Face was more of formality. If they like you, they will take you.
