Recruiter contact 1 hour situational questions 1 hour programming assessment. Programming assessment is horrible. They did an webex session and remote control access to solve a coding challenge. The whole process was completely stupid. Conducted by cheap contractor employees. Very cheap offer and expect EXTREME programming results from job description. Chooses to interview people who are overfit for the role and then drops them in a bucket. Took them 2 to 3 months to reject you after entire process from application. It is a complete waste of time. By demographics alone. They choose to hire cheap foreign laborers overseas. Typically a cost cutting measure. I would not waste my time with this company.
