Process went for a month and the interview was scheduled 1 round a week, a very lengthy process!
But end of the day, they are not courteous to let you know about your feedback on the interview process, there was a recruiter named Mary from Allegis, she contacted me for this role and after all the rounds are complete, the recruiter never responded. I tried contacting the person who took my interview 2 weeks later, just to know that they have forgotten the feedback. Its very disheartening to know that Ford does not value your time or effort! I am taken back by their culture and values and HR policies in place. Glad that they didnt offer me, I would have suffered for sure!
Two rounds of interview both are technical, with manager followed by General Manager. First round done through virtual video call & second round its an Face to Face discussion. And an HR discussion for Salary negotiation.

About previous experience & How you fit in current position
It was good and thorough, not terribly technical and was relatively easy to get through. pretty average experience from application online to conducting the interview. Heard back within 2 weeks
Smooth and transparent. Did not over complicate the process, but was worth the experience and opportunity they provided. Was able to witness their process for this specific role and industry.
