Applied through a university career fair. One on-campus interview with two recruiters. Straight forward behavioral questions. Not much to prepare for. The process was quick and painless. Just make sure you are very vocal and show passion for cars and Ford in general.
Two web interview sessions. Hiring was through a consultancy and hence did not get to negotiate salary. Was asked about my prior experience with MATLAB FORTRAN and few other technologies.
