I interviewed at Ford Motor Company (Dearborn, MI)
Interview
Terrible, One interview with three people - one came half way through the interview without any explanation so it seemed they just took a long lunch and maybe forgot. They didn't really sell the position very well and what they were looking for in an ideal candidate.
The Ford interview process typically involves 1–2 technical rounds focusing on SQL, data modeling, and designing scalable cloud pipelines using AWS/Azure, followed by a behavioral round that assesses collaboration, problem-solving, communication skills, and handling real-world data engineering challenges effectively.
