I applied online. I interviewed at Ford Audio-Video Systems
Interview
Honestly, it was all over the place. I received a random phone call in the middle of the day. Usually, an interviewer would reach out via email to see what your availability is like. Therefore, I was caught off guard. I’m completely over qualified for the position and have tons of experience so I’m pretty familiar with the way a phone interview should go. It was very strange and left a bad impression for the company in its entirety.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ford Audio-Video Systems (Las Vegas, NV) in Aug 2019
Interview
Very positive. Descriptive and informational. Want to know about your thinking and why they should choose you. Very thorough, this is a 3 stage interview. First being a test, 2nd with the department manager, and finally with the Vice President.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Ford Audio-Video Systems (Denver, CO) in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview process was three tiered. The first interview was with the HR director over the phone. Then an in-person interview with the division manager followed by a video conference interview with the director of sales. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
