The process was pretty straight and on the easier side. Had just one technically heavy round. Not that it didn’t challenge but also didn’t put me at ease. The senior folks know their base.

Process starte by having a call with HR.
Next step was a technical interview focused on Java generics.
Afterwards, I had an interview with the group manager, focusing on management and process.
Following the last interview (I thought it went good), they ignored me for a week and they mailed me a rejection. Disrespecfull process.
