Multiple interviews. One with Human Resources, another with the applicable team, and then a writing test to complete the process.
Interviewers were friendly, but tough. They were very knowledgable about the industry in general.

Interview
There were two rounds of interviews followed by a writing test. The first round of interviews was a phone screen with HR and the second round was with a few director level people in the department you applied to. The writing test was a press release and mock client memo.
