Foothill Family Service interview questions

Initial Human Resources recruiter screening interview and interview with clinical supervisors after the initial HR screening. Interview was focused on case conceptualization and treatment planning skills. The interview process was fairly quick and the turnaround was quick as well.

Interview was okay, straight forward questions and average difficulty. It was two staff interviewing me and they had the resume ready to go. The questions were pretty generic. Overall it was average.
