I applied in-person. I interviewed at Foot Locker (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2010
Interview
I had 2 interviews, my first had me nervous. I really didn't know what to say, but it got me my second interview. When it was over I told most of my friends that I was going to be working at footlocker. A few days later I got a call for the second interview. It was a lot better just because it was the second interview so I was more confident. I started later that week so that I could have time to get my uniform pants because they gave me my shirt at the end of the interview.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Foot Locker (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Interviewer was nice, was pitching the role to me and made me feel comfortable. Asked basic questions and assured me that I would do well in the position. Said I would get a decision in two weeks time
It was a group interview of about 15 people land lasted about an hour. it was fairly easy but make sure to put yourself out there as ur with 10-15 others.
Straight forward one round interview. Was with a group and asked questions on how to sell a shoe. Given scenarios on how to deal with different customer situations, Difficult customers in particular.
