I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Foot Locker (Tallahassee, FL) in Apr 2017
Interview
Was not long, had the interview 5 days after talking to the manager. Was really basic, just be yourself, and sell yourself. Going into sells you have to be able to communicate with confidence, and listen to your daily instructions. Through the interview I learned a lot of how the job will be, and make sure to ask useful questions.

Question 1
What makes you a good candidate for this position?
I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.
It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
