I have applied online after seeing the position in LinkedIn on June 20 ,2016 , around june 25 received email from recruitment specialist asking for my availability to talk with the talent acquisition manager and it was scheduled for July 06.As scheduled the talent manager called , asked about my experience related to the position , my salary expectations and visa status .Explained me the structure, benefits office locations and things within Footlocker.talked for 20 minutes and after 1 week got email saying i am not selected further .I feel the reason for me not getting selected for further steps is my visa status ie H1B, not sure though ,just my assumption
